Factors affecting the performance of distribution boxes

June 17th at 4:03pm

1. Dust prevention of equipment: Dust prevention is a necessary thing to pay attention to during the use of such equipment. Prolonged accumulation of dust in the chassis can greatly reduce the heat dissipation function, causing fans and other components to malfunction and produce certain noise. Therefore, in addition to taking certain dust prevention measures during equipment use, daily cleaning of the equipment chassis is also quite important.

2. The heat dissipation of the equipment: Whether the distribution box can operate normally has a direct impact on the heat dissipation of the equipment. If the heat dissipation is poor, it may cause the device to become paralyzed and unable to function properly.

3. Vibration noise generated by equipment: The noise generated during equipment operation is mainly caused by the hardness of the chassis and the different connection methods of the chassis. If the material is thin, causing the chassis to be unstable, it will resonate with the built-in electronic devices and produce noise during use. It may also cause the chassis to deform and cause the board to jam on top. The chassis and cabinets with excessively light and thin boards have insufficient strength, which can easily deform and damage hardware. At the same time, due to the resonance of other components, noise occurs, which affects the performance of the distribution box.
